Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide technical support for POS systems, sound systems, and office networks.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Set up accounts for new users and provide basic training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Staff or in a similar role, preferably in the Horeca industry.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiar with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
