Position: IT Staff

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support for POS systems, sound systems, and office networks.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Set up accounts for new users and provide basic training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Staff or in a similar role, preferably in the Horeca industry.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and POS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
