Position: Chef De Partie (Indonesian Cuisine – Fine Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, specializing in Indonesian fine dining cuisine.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty area.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs working on the station.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, preferably with a focus on Indonesian fine dining.
- A culinary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair and high attention to detail.
- Commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.
