Position: Chef De Partie (Indonesian Cuisine – Fine Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, specializing in Indonesian fine dining cuisine.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty area.
  • Supervise and train Commis Chefs working on the station.
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, preferably with a focus on Indonesian fine dining.
  • A culinary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair and high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.
