Position: Commis – Li Lian
Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and mise-en-place for the Li Lian kitchen [cite: 19]
- Clean and maintain kitchen stations and equipment
- Support senior chefs in preparing ingredients and simple dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Organize stock and assist in unloading deliveries
Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Commis or kitchen assistant is an advantage [cite: 19]
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Willingness to learn and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods
- Vocational school graduate in Culinary or related field
