Position: Commis – Japanese Cuisine
Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Japanese cuisine [cite: 20]
- Support senior Japanese chefs in mise-en-place and service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Japanese kitchen section
- Learn and apply Japanese culinary techniques and standards
- Ensure all ingredients are handled and stored correctly
Qualifications:

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred
- Highly disciplined and detail-oriented
