Position: F&B Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Food & Beverage operations to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead and train the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Develop menus, manage budgets, and control costs to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in all F&B outlets.
• Handle guest feedback and continuously strive to improve the dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in an international hotel.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
