Position: F&B Captain (Fine Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B service team in a fine dining setting.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Train and mentor junior service staff to enhance their skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Guest-focused with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
