Position: F&B Captain (Fine Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B service team in a fine dining setting.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Train and mentor junior service staff to enhance their skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Guest-focused with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
