Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on hotel products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 2 years).
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
