Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Manage sales databases and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and handle client communication in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in a hotel (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
