Position: Account Receivable Staff
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and daily transactions to generate accounts receivable.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare and send statements of account to clients.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
