Position: Account Receivable Staff

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and daily transactions to generate accounts receivable.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare and send statements of account to clients.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
