Position: Housekeeping Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central communication point for the Housekeeping department.
- Coordinate and dispatch room attendants and housemen to guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage guest requests for housekeeping services and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update the status of guest rooms in the Property Management System.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in a hotel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English.
