Position: Housekeeping Manager / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury presentation.
  • Manage the housekeeping team and ensure efficient scheduling and staff development.
  • Control departmental operating budgets and monitor inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and front office departments to optimize room status and guest comfort.
  • Implement luxury service standards and address guest feedback regarding room cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star premium or luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor departmental performance.
