Position: Housekeeping Manager / Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury presentation.
- Manage the housekeeping team and ensure efficient scheduling and staff development.
- Control departmental operating budgets and monitor inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and front office departments to optimize room status and guest comfort.
- Implement luxury service standards and address guest feedback regarding room cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star premium or luxury hotel environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor departmental performance.
