Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in an international hotel.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
• Highly responsible, reliable, with exceptional attention to detail in guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software & systems (e.g., Opera).
• A friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
