Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong network of contacts within the Yogyakarta market is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in hotel CRM and PMS systems.
