Position: Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel bar, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the team of bartenders and bar staff.
• Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and monthly stocktakes.
• Develop creative cocktail menus and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the bar area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a reputable hotel or bar.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Creative and passionate about mixology and beverage trends.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
