Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve resort revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5 star luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong in Europe & Middle East Market.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and a proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
