Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect guest villas, public areas, and back of house areas for cleanliness and order.
• Manage daily room assignments and staff schedules.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the housekeeping department of a luxury resort.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through a pristine environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Able to join the pre opening team.
