Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping department, with previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to conduct room inspections and provide constructive feedback
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with hotel PMS and housekeeping software
