Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the engineering staff.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all resort facilities, including villas, pools, and equipment.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Respond to engineering and maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the engineering department of a luxury resort.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for maintaining a safe and functional environment for guests.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Able to join the pre opening team.
