Neano Cliff Resort is a luxurious new cliffside resort where modern design meets breathtaking ocean views in Candidasa, East Bali. Featuring private villas, a beach club, and world class restaurants and bars, we are preparing to launch this stunning destination. We are currently offering exceptional hotel jobs in Candidasa for our pre opening team.

Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the engineering staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all resort facilities, including villas, pools, and equipment.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
- Respond to engineering and maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the engineering department of a luxury resort.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A genuine passion for maintaining a safe and functional environment for guests.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
- Able to join the pre opening team.
