Position: Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the finance team with month end closing procedures and audits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as an Accounting Officer in a hotel, or a fresh graduate with a Diploma III in Accounting.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Familiar with the VHP System Program.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
