Position: Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the finance team with month end closing procedures and audits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year working experience as an Accounting Officer in a hotel, or a fresh graduate with a Diploma III in Accounting.
• Experienced in the Hotel industry.
• Familiar with the VHP System Program.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
• No smoking is an advantage.
