Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations, including menu development, food production, and kitchen staff supervision
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all dining outlets
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect Balinese culture and Aman’s culinary philosophy
  • Manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and optimize inventory management
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a similar senior culinary role in a luxury resort or five star hotel
  • Exceptional creativity and expertise in international and Indonesian cuisine
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In depth knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management principles
  • Ability to perform well in a high pressure environment
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training is highly preferred
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional and authentic dining experience for guests
