Position: Lady in Red Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a guest relations leadership role within a five star luxury hotel
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing personalized guest experiences
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an innate ability to anticipate guest needs
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, embodying the Kempinski brand standards
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback with grace and efficiency
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
