Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures Restaurant)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a five star hotel or reputable fine dining restaurant
• Specific expertise in Indonesian cuisine to align with the concept of Signatures Restaurant
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen
• High standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to a renowned dining destination
