Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel
• Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, particularly Rooms Division
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to handle guest concerns and emergency situations with professionalism and grace
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
