Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel
- Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, particularly Rooms Division
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns and emergency situations with professionalism and grace
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
