Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in Front Office, such as Assistant Front Office Manager or Supervisor
  • Strong operational knowledge of all hotel departments, particularly Rooms Division
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations with professionalism and calm
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service focus
  • Proficient in property management systems (PMS)
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
