Position: Complex Director, Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategic vision for all engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long term business objectives.
• Lead and manage all aspects of engineering operations for the complex, including maintenance, energy conservation, and project management.
• Develop and execute strategic engineering plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with all department heads and stakeholders to provide technical excellence and support across the property.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Defines and drives a clear strategic vision that aligns engineering initiatives with the company’s long term business goals.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality or large scale mixed use properties.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic engineering plans aligned with business objectives and organizational vision.
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and drive technical excellence.
