Position: Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales in the luxury hotel sector
• University degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue targets
• Strong network of corporate, government, and MICE contacts in Jakarta
• Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
