Position: Chef de Cuisine (Indonesian Cuisine)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef specializing in Indonesian cuisine
• Culinary degree from an accredited institution
• Expert knowledge of authentic regional Indonesian dishes and modern interpretations
• Strong leadership, training, and kitchen management skills
• Experience in menu development, costing, and sourcing
• Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
• Creative and passionate about elevating Indonesian gastronomy
