Position: Chef de Cuisine (Indonesian Cuisine)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef specializing in Indonesian cuisine
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution
- Expert knowledge of authentic regional Indonesian dishes and modern interpretations
- Strong leadership, training, and kitchen management skills
- Experience in menu development, costing, and sourcing
- Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Creative and passionate about elevating Indonesian gastronomy
