Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high quality food production
- Lead and mentor junior cooks to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Control food portions and minimize waste to optimize departmental costs
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the workstation
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Strong culinary skills across different cuisines
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
