Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high quality food production
  • Lead and mentor junior cooks to maintain consistency in food preparation
  • Control food portions and minimize waste to optimize departmental costs
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the workstation
  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education background
  • Professional appearance and good personality
  • Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
  • Good personality and communication skill
  • Hard worker and have positive attitude
  • Strong culinary skills across different cuisines
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
