Position: Sous Chef Banquet

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a large scale banquet operation
• Proven ability to manage high volume food production for events
• Strong knowledge of various international cuisines

• Proficient in food cost control and inventory management
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
