Position: Sous Chef Banquet
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a large scale banquet operation
- Proven ability to manage high volume food production for events
- Strong knowledge of various international cuisines
- Excellent kitchen management and staff supervision skills
- Proficient in food cost control and inventory management
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
