Position: Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a Garde Manger/Cold Kitchen section
• Culinary certification is a plus
• Expertise in preparing salads, appetizers, charcuterie, and other cold dishes
• Creative presentation skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Good organizational skills to manage the station effectively
