Position: Chef de Partie (Ala Carte)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in an à la carte restaurant or luxury hotel
- Strong skills in a specific station (e.g., Saucier, Grill, Rôtisseur)
- In depth knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of kitchen operations and food costing
- Passionate about culinary arts and eager to learn
