Position: Florist Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a head florist or florist manager, preferably in a 5 star hotel
- Expert knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and plant care
- Creative and artistic with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Experience in managing inventory, sourcing, and budget for floral supplies
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of florists
- Excellent organizational skills to handle decorations for events and outlets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
