Position: Florist Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a head florist or florist manager, preferably in a 5 star hotel
• Expert knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and plant care
• Creative and artistic with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Experience in managing inventory, sourcing, and budget for floral supplies
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of florists
• Excellent organizational skills to handle decorations for events and outlets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
