Position: MICE Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and develop new business opportunities from the corporate, government, and event organizer sectors.
  • Manage client accounts and event projects from initial inquiry through to post event follow up.
  • Conduct compelling site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotel’s MICE facilities.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the flawless execution of all events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE sales or event management within a 5 star international hotel environment.
  • Strong network and proven track record in developing corporate, government, and event organizer business.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client focused mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, with a professional and polished demeanor.
