Position: Landscape Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the daily activities of the resort’s gardening and landscaping team.
- Ensure the maintenance of all gardens, lawns, trees, and water features to the highest aesthetic and horticultural standards.
- Implement and manage schedules for planting, pruning, fertilizing, and integrated pest management.
- Oversee the proper maintenance and operation of irrigation systems and landscaping equipment.
- Contribute to landscape enhancement projects and seasonal planting designs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of tropical plants, soil health, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- A creative eye for detail and landscape aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors and manage a physically active team.
