Position: F&B Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the hotel’s F&B outlets, banquet facilities, and catering services.
• Handle inquiries for social events, corporate meetings, and outside catering.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for F&B-related events.
• Coordinate with the culinary and banquet operations teams to ensure event success.
• Build a database of potential clients for F&B promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Strong understanding of F&B products and event coordination.
• Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
