Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership, analytical, and budget management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
