Position: Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the spa and provide information on treatments and services.
• Manage all spa appointments, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries for the spa.
• Maintain a clean and tranquil reception area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or luxury hotel.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
