Position: Sous Chef Western
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the Western kitchen.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in Western cuisine preparation and presentation.
- Develop new menu items and ensure high quality of all dishes.
- Manage food cost, inventory, and ordering for the Western kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Food and Beverage must familiar with current culinary trends and methods and anticipates and recognizes signs of up-coming trends and market segment.
- Strong expertise in a variety of Western culinary techniques.
