Position: Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Requisitions from various departments.
• Source and evaluate vendors to get the best quality and price.
• Issue Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Receiving department to ensure goods conformity.
• Maintain purchasing records and vendor databases.
• Assist in price and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in record-keeping.
• Proficient in computer operation, especially MS Excel.
• Familiarity with procurement software systems is a plus.
• High integrity and a good work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
