Position: Receiving Staff
Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming goods to the hotel.
- Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of goods against the Purchase Order.
- Record all received shipments in a daily log.
- Store goods in the appropriate storage areas (dry, cold, frozen).
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department in case of discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the receiving area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Receiving Staff, preferably in a hotel.
- Honest, thorough, and responsible.
- Physically able to lift and move goods.
- Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Able to operate a computer at a basic level.
- Understanding of food and beverage storage procedures (HACCP) is a plus.
- Able to work in a team.
