Position: Receiving Staff

Responsibilities:

• Receive all incoming goods to the hotel.
• Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of goods against the Purchase Order.
• Record all received shipments in a daily log.
• Store goods in the appropriate storage areas (dry, cold, frozen).
• Coordinate with the Purchasing department in case of discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the receiving area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Receiving Staff, preferably in a hotel.
• Honest, thorough, and responsible.
• Physically able to lift and move goods.
• Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Able to operate a computer at a basic level.
• Understanding of food and beverage storage procedures (HACCP) is a plus.
• Able to work in a team.
