Position: Laundry Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the resort’s laundry facility.
• Ensure all guest laundry, employee uniforms, and hotel linens are cleaned, pressed, and returned to standard.
• Train and schedule laundry staff.
• Manage laundry chemical supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain records of laundry production and costs.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and machinery.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
