Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Front Desk team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth check in and check out processes for all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and escalated complaints.
• Train and coach Front Desk Agents.
• Manage shift checklists, cash handling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Proficient in hotel PMS.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
