Position: Kitchen Admin

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and kitchen team.
• Manage kitchen staff schedules and attendance records.
• Process food purchase orders and track inventory.
• Assist with food cost control and monthly reporting.
• Maintain kitchen files, recipes, and administrative records.
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position (Admin) at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or inventory systems is a plus.
