Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from community and social event segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and functions.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as the same role for min 1. years.
• Experience with Community & Social Event Segmentations.
• Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
