Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead sales efforts, focusing on Government, Community, and Social Event segmentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget and regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for min 1. years.
- Have experiences as Head of Department or Sales Leader with Government Segmentations.
- Community & Social Event Segmentations.
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
