Position: Commercial Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the hotel’s commercial strategy to maximize revenue
- Oversee sales, marketing, and revenue management departments to ensure cohesive goal alignment
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients
- Drive brand positioning and ensure effective communication across all channels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or Director of Sales & Marketing in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
