Position: Wedding Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage wedding inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute memorable wedding events
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless event delivery
- Maintain relationships with wedding planners and industry partners
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and departmental goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in wedding sales or event management within a luxury hotel
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
