Position: Marketing & Branding Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance property visibility
- Manage digital marketing channels, social media, and public relations activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position (Managerial experience preferred)
- Strong guest-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly, innovative, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency preferred
