Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service.
- Train and mentor bar staff on mixology, service standards, and upselling techniques.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
- Create and update beverage menus, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar supervisory role or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- Guest_oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Creative and passionate about beverage trends.
