Position: Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service.
• Train and mentor bar staff on mixology, service standards, and upselling techniques.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
• Create and update beverage menus, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar supervisory role or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
• Guest_oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Creative and passionate about beverage trends.
