Position: Cook 1, Bakery

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of bakery and pastry items, including bread, cakes, and desserts.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery station.
• Assist the pastry team with inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1_2 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel bakery or pastry department.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Detail_oriented and committed to quality.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.
• Willing to work early morning shifts.
