Position: Cook 1, Bakery
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of bakery and pastry items, including bread, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery station.
- Assist the pastry team with inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1_2 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel bakery or pastry department.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Detail_oriented and committed to quality.
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
- Willing to work early morning shifts.
